We are taking orders for whole or half custom processed 100% Certified Berkshire pigs for May-June butchering. (whole is approx 200 lbs and half would be 100 lbs, hanging weight) We charge $4.50 per pound plus your custom processing charge.(about $1 per pound). Order online for assurance that you will be put on the list. Price will be adjusted to the actual hanging weight of the pig. Usually lower than quoted.
