Market Shopping List:
Local farm fresh eggs-1 dozen
Country Smoked Sausage with Blueberries-1 pack of 2 sausaages
Fresh Asparagus- 1 bunch
Lions Main mushrooms (they have a large variety too)- 1 container
Tomato-Basil cheese (lots of variety here too)- 1 wedge any size, depends if you like lots of cheese!
Cinnamon bread toast-1 loaf
Cost for all this is about $30 and will feed an army of 6 or so
This list if ingredients can be made into three different egg dishes:
Omelets, scrambled eggs, or an egg Quiche (need a pie crust for this one)
Method:
Omelet for 2, 4 or 6:
1.Clean and cut up asparagus and mushrooms, sauté to tender crisp in butter or lard, set aside
2.Brown blueberry sausages and warm through, set aside and keep warm
3.Whisk together 4 eggs with a little water for 2 people
4.heat small frying with a tsp of butter or lard in pan to medium heat, not letting the butter burn
5.Add half of the wisked eggs to pan and slide around cooked eggs to a side, thus moving the uncooked eggs to a part of the bare pan
this cooked all the egg mixture evenly.
6.add your chopped asparagus, mushrooms, and cheese, fold over in half, or thirds, turn heat down or off and let it sit for about 30 seconds.
7. Slide onto a plate and add a few slices of blueberry sausages and a slice or 2 of cinnamon toast, buttered.

Scrambled Eggs for 6
Repeat steps 1 and 2
3. Wisp together a dozen eggs with a little water for 6 people.
4.Heat medium size frying with a 2 tsp of butter or lard in pan to medium heat, not letting the butter burn
5.Add of all of the whisked eggs to pan and slide around cooked eggs to a side, thus moving the uncooked eggs to a part of the bare pan
this cooked all the egg mixture evenly.
6.Add your chopped asparagus, mushrooms, and cheese, stir slightly, turn heat down or off and let it sit for about 30 seconds.
7. Slide onto a platter and add sliced blueberry sausages and slices of cinnamon toast, buttered.
